Hidden Meadow Lending is a free loan-matching service, and our support team is here to help with questions about the request form, how matching works, your personal information, or anything on this site that is unclear. Choose whichever way of reaching us is easiest for you.

How to Reach Hidden Meadow Lending

You can reach Hidden Meadow Lending by email, by phone during support hours, or by mail at our office address listed below.

Email works best for detailed questions and anything you may want a written record of. Phone is useful when you have a quick question about the request process. Mail is the right choice for formal written requests, though it takes longer for us to receive and answer.

Support Hours and Response Times

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and we typically reply to emails within one business day.

Messages that arrive in the evening, on a weekend or on a federal holiday are answered in the order they were received on the next business day. If you call outside support hours, please send an email instead so your question is waiting for us when we return.

What to Include in Your Message

A clear description of your question, the email address you used on the request form, and the approximate date you submitted it help us find your information and answer faster.

To keep your information safe, please do not send the following by email:

  • Your full Social Security number
  • Bank account or routing numbers
  • Passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes
  • Photos of your driver's license or other ID

If we need to confirm who you are, we will explain how to do that safely. We will never ask you for a password or a verification code.

Questions About an Existing Loan Go to Your Lender

Hidden Meadow Lending does not fund or service loans, so questions about a payment, balance, due date, payoff amount or loan agreement should go directly to the lender that made your loan.

Your lender's name and contact details appear in the loan agreement you signed and in the welcome email it sent after funding. You manage the loan in the lender's own account portal. There is no Hidden Meadow Lending login, and we cannot see your payment history, change your due date or accept payments on a lender's behalf. If you are not sure which lender you were matched with, email us and we will help you find out.

Privacy and Data Requests

You can ask Hidden Meadow Lending to explain what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or stop using it for marketing by emailing or writing to us with the subject line "Privacy Request."

Please include your full name and the email address you used on the request form so we can locate your records. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how we share it with lenders in our network, and how to exercise these choices. Keep in mind that once a lender has received your request, that lender's own privacy policy also applies, so you may need to contact it separately.

How to Report a Suspicious Message Using Our Name

Hidden Meadow Lending never charges an upfront fee, never asks for gift cards, wire transfers or payment apps, and never asks for a password or verification code, so any message demanding these is not from us.

Scammers sometimes borrow the names of real companies. Watch for these warning signs:

  • A request to pay a fee, deposit or "insurance" before a loan is funded
  • Pressure to act immediately or lose an offer
  • An email from an address that does not match our domain
  • A caller who asks you to read back a code sent to your phone

If you receive a message like this, do not reply, click links or send money. Forward the email or a description of the call to [email protected] with the subject line "Suspicious Message," and we will look into it. You can also report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission and to your state attorney general. Our step-by-step explanation of how matching works shows what a genuine request process looks like.

Before You Contact Us

Many common questions about requests, credit inquiries, eligibility and funding times are already answered on our frequently asked questions page, which may get you an answer faster than waiting for a reply.

If you still need help, send us a message. A real member of our team reads every email, and we are glad to help you understand your options.
